SAILS at Bayside is a community outreach arm of the Anglican Church of
Wynnum, within the Diocese of Southern Queensland, supported by volunteers from other bayside Anglican Churches and the wider community.
We are a not-for-profit organisation who relies on funding from donations and volunteer run BBQ's.
SAILS at Bayside runs Sailing and Kayaking activities for both the public and organisations working with at-risk youth and disadvantaged members of the community.
VISION STATEMENT
To provide opportunities for youth at risk, their families and carers, to promote reconciliation and provide a service for the parishes and the community. SAILS at Bayside aims to help young people overcome difficulties, reach their potential and actively engage in community life, through sailing, kayaking and life skills.

OUR NEW KAYAK TRAILER - 2024
The new SAILS at Bayside trailer is an impressive addition to our fleet. Purpose designed by members of the organisation, built by Just Trailers with thoughtful input, generous giving of time, talents and additional features, financially supported by MOEC Water and Energy plus our own funds, this trailer design speeds up our setup and pulldown times significantly, is towable by many more members of our group and will see good use for many years to come.
